Permanent Full Time Position

We are searching for an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to work within a centre that is passionate about child centred play. Annual Salary from $50,000 – $69,999.
Essential Criterial:
- Must hold a Bachelor or Education (Early Childhood)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management qualifications or be willing to obtain them

Centre Manager – Two Rocks
Permanent Full Time Position
Location: Two Rocks
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager to set up a brand new centre from scratch. You will be the key personnel in selecting your team for the centre in Two Rocks and introducing the centre to the community there. You will report directly to the Operations Manager on all aspects of the centre and team that you manage. Annual Salary from $65,600 – $67,000.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor and meet financial targets to maintain a viable business
- Ensure all child care regulations and licensing requirements are met at all times
- Lead and educate the team in the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
- Ensure centre receives at least a Meeting standard when undergoing assessment
- Prepare the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan
- Direct and effectively manage all centre staff
- Mentor, train and guide staff as the Educational Leader of the service

Essential Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in managing a childcare centre
- Experience in leading a team, recruitment of staff and team building
- Present a professional manner and able to communicate effectively with varying personalities
- Goal orientated and able to work within budgets
- Good communications skill when interacting with families of different cultural backgrounds.
Qualifications
- Diploma of Children’s Services (3 years’ experience)
- Current Senior First Aid certificate
- Acceptance from Working with Children Check
