We were founded in 1995 by Gerard Carver. His son, Cliff Carver, is our current CEO. The Carvers have been dedicated to providing a safe, caring environment for children of all backgrounds since the first Cuddles Childcare Centre was established.

We adhere rigorously to a philosophy of constant improvement. How We Find the Best People
Anyone who wants to work with us must submit references and agree to a thorough background check. They also have to submit to comprehensive drug testing. For a lot of child care centres, that would be enough. At Cuddles Childcare Centres, it’s just the beginning.
