The Hippo Room
A Hippo Room is a room that is made especially for babies. At Cuddles Childcare St James, we have one that is for babies 0-1 years of age and another room for babies 1-2 years of age. As anyone who has raised a child knows, there is a huge difference between a child who is only a few months old and one who is two years old. There is another huge difference between a two year-old and a child who is almost ready for school.
That is why we have made two rooms especially for babies. We know that as a parent, it will make you more comfortable to know that your baby is with other babies instead of being among the “older” children. It also makes it more efficient for our staff when children who have similar needs are in the same room.
Whether your baby is 10 weeks old or two years old, you can rest assured that they are being given the best of care and are among their peers. It is also easier for us to provide amusements and activities for your babies when they are separated from the rest of the children.
