Cuddles Childcare Group is sad to announce that Michelle Coleski, our Operations Manager is leaving after 15 years of service.
Michelle recently became a mum to a little boy, Daniel and will be focusing her energy on raising him.
“I am so thankful for the loyalty Michelle has shown me and all at Cuddles, we will miss seeing her around the Centre but we all wish her the very best in her future endeavours”, said Cuddles CEO, Cliff Carver.
As Cuddles’ Operations Manager, Michelle was fundamental in the growth of Cuddles by improving the quality standards, supporting Centre Managers and motivating Educators in their professional development.
This role is now taken over by Zenika Brotherton, who was the Centre Manager at Cuddles Bertram for three years. She has extensive experience in managing childcare centres and has a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
“I am very excited that Zenika has officially taken over this role. She has been in an acting position for a while now and I believe she will help take Cuddles to a higher level”, said Mr Carver.
