What is your favourite part of working at the centre?
The relationships I build up with children and families to help them feel connected so that they can freely communicate in order to work together in building partnerships.
What are you most passionate about?
I hold Diploma in children’s services and I am passionate about education of the children because first few years of a child’s life are some of the most important, as they develop and refine their learning skills.
What are you most proud of at your centre?
Stimulating Learning Environment that gives Children a Secure Base to learn and play.

“ It takes a Big Heart to shape a little mind”
What inspired you to become an educator?
To teach children and have a positive, inspiring impact on children’s lives.
What values are most important to you in your team members?
Work values are the subset of our beliefs and ideas which include things like honesty, service, self-respect, respect for others, peace, and success.
What is your philosophy about educating children?
I believe each child is an individual in their own way who need caring & secure environment for them to grow & mature emotionally, socially and physically. I believe children needs to be treated positively.

To be an Architect
What do you do in your free time?
Love spending time with my family and travel.
What would you like to tell parents considering your centre?
Childcare can be a special place that nurtures and enhances the development of children. It can be an environment for learning, development and growth through play and socialisation with others. I can say our Childcare Centre is a “A home away from home”
