We have been part of Carlisle Cuddles family for coming up to 5 years now and cannot imagine life without them. The carers there all have a true passion for working with kids. My daughter who is now in year 1 still attends holiday care there and loves it. My son who will be 1 next month is in baby room full time and I have complete peace of mind knowing that he is well looked after while I spend my days at the office.

I would definitely recommend Cuddles South Lake. My daughter has been attending this centre since she was 8 months and now attends vacation care. She is treated like part of the family and loves all the staff. She is so excited when school holidays come around to see everyone, especially Ms Kristy in the Zebra room, Kristy is a fantastic teacher and an absolute natural with the children, a real asset to Cuddles South Lake. What a lovely group of girls looking after the children.

My daughter has been with Cuddles Carlisle since January and I can't speak more highly of the centre. The girls in the hippo room do such a wonderful job and my daughter adores them. All of the other staff I have dealt with have all been fantastic and are so helpful. I get email updates and pictures while I am at work and am kept updated on anything happening in and around the centre. The centre's location is fantastic for commuting to the city for work, being across from the train station is a big bonus. Thanks Cuddles, keep up the awesome work!!

My twins started day care at st James Cuddles two months ago at 2.5 years old . The friendly staff have helped them get settled and give me updates on how they are going through the day so I feel confident they are ok. It's such a loving, warm and safe environment I feel totally confident in our choice. They come home excited each time and tell me about all the fun activities that have done and the new things they have learnt . Highly recommend this wonderful centre.

Emmanuel has grown physically, emotionally and especially mentally whilst been cared for and taught at Cuddles Bertram. He is confident, he eats well and above all has very good manners when around other people. Things we believe were taught to him at Cuddles. We would not have had it any other way as we love all the awesome carers. But Emmanuel loves them more We know he will miss his friends and carers while away in his parents birth nation (Papua New Guinea) for a few months but we will be returning back to Cuddles once we are back in Perth WA. Cuddles Bertram is the best centre I have ever experienced in Perth! The staff are all so amazing and lovely, especially Rachelle who has always been flexible and willing to help wherever she can. My son loves going and always comes home talking about the new things he learned. I am always seeing improvements in my son’s skills after sending him here, so impressed! Thanks so much girls for a great kindy year for Phoenix and Duke They may cry when we drop them off but they love it and have learnt a lot. The way you all care so much is so reassuring to us as parents. It's sad to think they won't be in your class/ room any more and are heading off to "big school" at the beginning of feb but you have prepared them well and they are ready to tackle the primary school environment. I admire the job you do and you should be proud of your selves . Its not easy work and you have to be switched on all day , I think 80% of the population would be unable to do it!!!! Plus deal with 30 kids often confined inside ahhhhhhhhhhhh You are all always smiling and give my boys big hugs and reassurance every day and it warms my heart. I know we probably won't get such a amazing level of care for the rest of their schooling. Thanks again to all 3 of you xxxxx

This is my idea of an ideal centre. Huge space, warm loving people where learning is made fun. My daughter attended Cuddles St James for about 15 months and we’re so impressed by how much the educators and staff helped her develop and grow so much. Thumbs up to the brilliant Kindy program; the various activities you have for the kids; the learnings about the different countries (which we’re now trying at home); the very comprehensive and informative daily report; for making our daughter feel that she had a second home, and a second mom who makes sure she eats well and sleep or rest. We could not thank Ms Felicity, Ms Amber, Ms Nikiya, and everyone at the center enough (Shevaita, Charlie, Bianca, Courtney, Vanessa, Nittle (might be incorrectly spelt, sorry) and everyone else that has given our daughter a truly wonderful experience. She misses you all and she still longs to see you.

Really good child care, my daughter has been there for nearly 3 1/2 years and still in care. The staff are very friendly and professional and are always happy to help. They have massive outside spaces and the rooms are very nicely set up with inviting activities for the children that my daughter love. I highly recommend this center. The manager and the staff there are really good and so organised. I love their sending precious moment to make parents comfortable that their child is in a good care. Honestly, I was really struggling with putting my son in to daycare but being a single mum, it had to be done and I needed to go back to Uni. Cuddles were so supportive, loving and caring. My son loves being there and I feel safe leaving him with them. I 100% recommend!! You're amazing! Thank you all!

My son and I have been with cuddles for over 6 months now. I have never meet such a loving caring group of carers. My sons grown so much in this time and has learnt so much , how to walk , talk, dance, blow kisses and much more ! Honestly the most amazing bunch of people to have around my little son. it's hard to trust someone you love so much with other people and I wouldn't change it for the world at St James ! I’d just like to say how impressed we are with your centres communication and speed in response time.I contacted 2 other centres in Carlisle and I received one generic email response saying someone would be in contact with me shortly with no follow up and another that I had to follow up with after a week and found out they were unable to conduct tours of the centre as they were short staffed which was off-putting from the get go.

This centre has a new Manager, Alona and her staff are fantastic and always so welcoming to my family. I am new here and have visited all centres in the area before enrolling. They have the largest and greatest backyard ( just like the old days, with a chicken run ) and the kids love it. Kitchen always smells delicious and highly recommended if you are looking for good old fashion service with a smile... Thank you cuddles Management for a great centre in Carlisle... ( oh and the price is right too.. )

What a great addition to Two Rocks area... Great Service with fantastic staff. This is a brand new centre and fully recommended if you are looking for happy staff. We just moved into the two rocks area and so happy to have found this centre here... they have a great chef and just down the road from the primary school which is very handy.

AMAZING!!! My little 1 yr old Son has been going to Cuddles South Lake for about 6 months now and the staff couldn't be more helpful and comforting! The centre looks fantastic and the staff are very accommodating and welcoming. My son is always happy to go and enjoys the attention from all the staff. If you are looking for the most loving, caring, fun daycare then look no further! I would highly recommend the family at cuddles Bertram to care for your most precious gift - your children. All staff are highly experienced working with children and catering for all needs. I am continually updated as to my child’s activities and wellbeing throughout the day which puts me at ease! The centre is always clean, smells fresh and the children love it there. They have an excellent outdoor play area for the children to enjoy and the inside space from Baby room to kindy room is generous for the kiddies to learn and play. They take great pride in their work. They really are more like a Family Care centre than a Child Care centre. I couldn't speak more highly of them. Cuddles is second to none - we love you x

My son and I have been with cuddles for about a year now. I have never meet such a loving caring group of carers. My sons grown so much in this time but is always happy and blowing kisses to everyone when he leaves. On one occasion my son was sick and having troubles breathing, one of the lovely ladies in the hippo room lay him down on the little couch bed to rest until I arrived, so she could keep a close eye on him while he slept. It made me cry hearing how much she genuinely cared and was worried for his well being. We love cuddles and all the beautiful staff there!!!! Keep doing the wonderful job ladies.

Man the staff at Bertram are amazing , Rachelle and maddie are the most lovely people you will ever meet , the zebra room teachers are the best my daughter doesn’t stop talking about them and my youngest is in the hippo room and is a super mummy’s girl who hates strangers, but they are so nice and always try with her and she has gotten so much better because of them , thank you guys keep up the amazing work

My baby is going to this Childcare for 1.5 years. Every morning she brings me her shoes - time to go there! Every night she says the names of all her carers and tells them good night: "night night Beth, night night Kiya, night night Jessy, Kristina, Anjelee, Amy, Priya and so on"... she is absolutely in love with this place! You can always tell by the reaction of your child if he/she is looked well after. And I can tell you that my baby is surrounded by love and care every moment she is there. Hi Everyone, Cuddles Bertram is a vibrant and flexible place. My daughter Seanna Nunez is so privileged to be part of this incredible Cuddles family for 2 years. A Fantastic Centre,with beautiful, warm and loving staff. Seanna just loves it. The friendly emails and activities are absolutely inspiring. Everyday is well planned. My daughter returns home with good memories of a beautiful fun filled day and is so cheerful when she wakes up and always happy to be dropped off. Seanna is 3 years old. She has learnt so much at Cuddles. Sometimes she surprises us with amazing vocabulary. Cuddles Learning Environment is well organised, well resourced and well maintained. Children are encouraged to explore and interact with the environment to make meaning and knowledge through their experiences and social interactions. Everyone at Cuddles are treated fairly and lovingly irrespective of one's cultural background. As parents we always want the best for our child. Cuddles at Bertram has it all. Chanele ( Manager) and team keep up the great work. You guys are a superb, dynamic and inspirational team.

My daughter is now 11 years old and heading off to High School next year, she will no longer need daycare. She has been coming to Cuddles since she was about 2 years old and so in a way, has grown up at your centre! She is an only child and so as a toddler, daycare helped her to develop relationships with other kids and learn how to play and share with others. When she went to Primary School, your educators were often the first to see her after a school day and ask her how her day had gone. I know that on lots of occasions when she struggled with things that happened at school, it was Cuddles educators who helped her feel better after a tough day. When I had to work on school holidays, it was Cuddles that made sure she had a program of fun things with other kids over the school break. We've been very grateful to the Cuddles family for all of the assistance over the years. As a single parent, having a reliable and flexible child care facility has made a huge difference to me and my family. I know that my daughter will miss many of the friends she's made, both kids and educators. Our thanks to everyone - keep up the fantastic work.

I have had both my children in Cuddles centres! My step son was in Carlisle 3 years ago for 2 years he made great friends the ladies were always lovely the only negative was probably the staff turn over and sometimes incident reports not completed. My daughter has started at St James from only 5months old and the ladies in the her room have been amazing and patient with the transition (boob to bottle EBM) she's very happy at the centre and so am I. It's great to get all the email updates and see my baby well cared for!

I was picking up my daughter and witnessed one of the babies having a seizure, it was very scary for myself as I had no idea what to do in that situation but I was beyond amazed at the response of the staff. Everybody remained calm and the other children were not affected by what was happening. All the staff were so quick with their actions in such a scary situation that it has made me beyond happy that my daughter is in such safe hands at Cuddles South Lake. I drove home knowing that the girls at the centre really do have all the children's safety first on their minds and drove home a little more grateful that Alex is well looked after each day I drop her off there.

I would like to thank all the staff at bertram cuddles for taking such good care of my grandson and they are such a loving group of people. Rylee loves going there and am sure they love having him . we did leave for a little while but we came back after only 1 month of being away as there is no place like this cuddles day care they treat you like part of the family with their friendly nature. Rachelle has been fantastic with being flexible with my work roster, not only does my daughter love her but all the staff in the hippo room are caring and loving, and let me tell you it ALWAYS smells divine when walking in. My granddaughter recently started daycare at Cuddles in Kelmscott, she's not quite 2 and I was quite anxious of how she would go being in a new place with new people as she can often be shy...i must say the staff here are absolutely wonderful, so kind, friendly and welcoming and made my beautiful granddaughter not only feel at ease but is excited to go...the updates throughout the day are amazing with regular pictures and msgs of how she is going, which puts us at ease...Katelyn is exceptionally lovely, and has a caring approach... so happy my daughter found this place...10 stars from me.

My son has been going to Cuddles since he was 1, he is now nearly 5 and I wouldn’t put him anywhere else. All the educators are amazing and the love they have for my child is second to none. As a parent it’s hard to leave your child in the care of others but I leave fully knowing he is in the best of care.
