About Us

A Cuddly Story

Hello,

I’m Cliff, Co-Founder and CEO of this magical place we call Cuddles. I started Cuddles with my father in 1995 and today, with multiple centres across WA, it continues to be family-owned, family-operated, and family-driven… Something I am incredibly proud of.

My family is the driving force behind my passion for Early Learning. As a parent, I understand what creating a warm, nurturing and supportive environment means for our children. I have a big extended family that remains the centre of my world, and parents that have relentlessly instilled the importance of connection, empathy and love – these core values have become the foundation that Cuddles is built on.

I have loved this little business of mine from the day we first opened our doors. It is my duty as CEO to create a safe and warm space for our children, along with the structure and stability to allow them to shine. But beyond this, I honestly do believe that it’s the little things that count – and my greatest passion is found in re-imagining ways to bring wonder to our kids and comfort to our parents, in the most unexpected of ways.

I find myself taken back daily, by the team here at Cuddles. The love, support and joy they pour into the children is nothing short of super-human! And because of this incredible commitment, it drives me to pour the same level of love into what I do – and that is to create the magic, bring the heart, and strive towards the extraordinary…
Every. Single. Day.
