At Cuddles Day Care in Beckenham, our Babies Room is a warm, nurturing space designed to support your little one’s development during the most crucial years of early life.
We create a calm, loving and nurturing environment that caters to each baby’s individual feeding and sleep routines, with soft lighting and soothing music in our cosy cot room, and age-appropriate outdoor babies yards.
Our experienced educators build secure attachments with each child, encouraging trust and emotional confidence. Through sensory play, tummy time, and gentle exploration, babies begin to develop motor skills, curiosity, and early social awareness – all at their own pace.
At Cuddles Early Learning in Beckenham, our Toddler Room is a vibrant, engaging space where busy little minds and bodies are encouraged to explore, discover, and grow.
This room opens directly onto two age-appropriate outdoor learning environments, allowing for seamless indoor/outdoor play through our open door policy. These outdoor areas are thoughtfully designed to extend learning beyond the classroom – supporting gross motor development, sensory exploration, and imaginative play in a natural setting.
Inside, toddlers are rapidly developing their language, thinking, and social skills, and our innovative early learning programs are tailored to nurture this exciting stage. We introduce early cognitive concepts through hands-on activities, storytelling, songs, and play-based learning. Foundational phonics are gently woven into each day through letter sounds, name recognition, and interactive group time.
Our educators guide toddlers in developing independence, confidence, and communication, while fostering a strong sense of belonging in a safe and stimulating environment.
At Cuddles Childcare Centre in Beckenham, our pre-kindy program divides children aged 3 to 4 and 4 to 5 into their own thoughtfully designed rooms, to nurture early learning and prepare children for the years ahead via our school readiness program.
Through a blend of structured activities, play-based learning and guided exploration, we support each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Both rooms open seamlessly onto our large outdoor yard, with ample room around the large bike track, sandpit and cubby house for endless play and exercise. Step outside onto our large decked porch, where children are sheltered from the elements and can enjoy outdoor meal-time and play regardless of the weather!

Meet our Centre Manager at Cuddles Beckenham
Hi I’m Jenna,
I began my child care journey in 2003, bringing over 21 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge in child development, behaviour guidance, and the day-to-day operations of a child care service.
In 2022, I joined the Cuddles family at our Carlisle centre after taking time to be a stay-at-home mum to my three wonderful children. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of transferring to our beautiful Beckenham centre, where I’ve grown from a part-time lunch cover role to the position of Centre Manager.
What I cherish most about being an educator is the joy of building meaningful relationships with children and their families. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness children achieving their milestones and to support families through every stage of their development journey.
I look forward to meeting you and your family, and introducing you to the magical world of Cuddles Beckenham.
