I love working in Cuddles for they have an approachable, friendly, loving, and caring Centre Manager. They have wonderful staff and are passionate towards taking care of our young ones.

My first experience at Cuddles was amazing, the staff gave me a warm and gentle welcome, and the children sure know how to leave a smile on your face. I am so glad I chose Cuddles for my first ever childcare job, if it weren’t for the Cuddles team, I wouldn’t love what I’m doing with my life.

I’ve been working for Cuddles since 2017. I started at Bertram as a trainee and am now at Byford as a diploma. What I love most about working for Cuddles is the fact it’s family owned. I think we are very lucky to have such hands on amazing owners who come visit us regularly and care to hear how we are all doing or if we need anything. I’m very grateful to be surrounded by an amazing team! I’m now pregnant with my first baby and the support I’ve received is absolutely amazing. I couldn’t ask for more!

Cuddles has a fantastic and amazing atmosphere, with committed Educators and Manager who wants the best for every child and family.

I have only worked at Cuddles Early Learning for 9 months but I have enjoyed every last bit of it! I have learnt so much and met so many new people, I have been given opportunities that I never expected to do this early in my career and learnt so many things along the way.

I am very grateful to be an employee of Cuddles. The centre is such a positive, yet challenging environment. Cuddles Early Learning is a very family orientated centre, I enjoy working with the team and building positive relationships with each and every child. The management and staff always go above and beyond!

I love watching children learn something new – It is the most rewarding aspect of my job! I love watching the children’s eyes light up and how excited they get when they realise they have accomplished something new! We get great support from our team, especially our Centre Manager who supports and encourages us to do new things. There is always something new to look forward to. I truly enjoyed coming to work daily.

I am passionate about caring for little ones, understanding that they are the leaders of the next generation.
