Referral Program Agreement

To ensure your referral is correctly recorded and you’re eligible for our Refer-a-Friend Promotion, please complete the details below.

Here’s How It Works:

✔ You have been referred to Cuddles Early Learning by someone you know
✔ You have decided to enrol your child with us (YAY!), meeting the requirements listed in the terms and conditions of your selected promotion
✔ After the specified enrolment period, you’ll both receive your rewards!

PAY IT FORWARD Promotion – Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion valid for new permanent enrolments only.
2. Referred families must not already be enrolled at any Cuddles Early Learning centre at the time of enquiry.
3. To qualify, the referred family must enrol on a permanent booking of a minimum of two (2) days per week, complete all enrolment documentation, commence care, and provide the referring family’s full name at the time of enquiry, tour booking or enrolment.
4. The referred family’s enrolment must be finalised on or before 31 July 2026 to qualify for this promotion.
5. Both the referring family and the referred family must remain actively enrolled and attending Cuddles Early Learning for a minimum period of three (3) consecutive months from the referred family’s commencement date.
6. Upon successful completion of the qualifying period, a $250 Cuddles account credit will be applied to both the referring family’s and the referred family’s accounts. The account credit is valid for use towards future childcare fees at any Cuddles Early Learning centre and is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
7. There is no limit to the number of eligible referrals a family may make during the promotion period.
8. Referrals cannot be claimed retrospectively after the referred family’s enrolment has been completed.
9. Self-referrals are not permitted.
10. Cuddles Early Learning reserves the right to verify all referrals and determine eligibility for the promotion.
11. This promotion may be amended, suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice.
12. By participating in this promotion, families agree to these Terms & Conditions.

BRING A BESTIE – July Vacation Care Promotion – Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion valid for new Vacation Care enrolments only.
2. Referred families must not already be enrolled in Cuddles Vacation Care for the July 2026 School Holiday Program.
3. To qualify, both the referred family and the referring family must enrol in Vacation Care for all 10 days of the July 2026 School Holiday Program, attend all booked days, complete payment of all applicable fees, and complete the Referral Program Agreement Form at the time of enrolment.
4. Eligible attendance dates are Monday 6 July 2026 to Friday 10 July 2026 and Monday 13 July 2026 to Friday 17 July 2026.
5. Upon successful completion of the promotion requirements, a $50 Cuddles account credit will be applied to both the referring family’s and the referred family’s accounts. The account credit is valid for use towards future childcare fees at any Cuddles Early Learning centre and is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
6. There is no limit to the number of eligible referrals a family may make during the promotion period.
7. Referrals cannot be claimed retrospectively after the referred family’s Vacation Care booking has been completed.
